ORDERING:
All VISA authorized
charges will be billed under the name of Happy Girl Hydroponics,
word "seeds" will not appear. For security reasons we also do not
mention seeds in our reply email. Your statement will show the cost
of seeds in Canadian dollars + taxes, + $4 flat fee for shipping
charges inside Canada or $8 flat fee for shipping charges outside of
Canada. All charges
will be clearly marked on your final invoice which you should print
out for your reference.
How Long for the seeds to arrive?
2 to 3 weeks after you place the
order....
If you want to check on the status of your order
this is what to do first:
check your visa and see if the charges
appeared on your statement
if you see the charges, all is well and
your order is on its way....
if your visa is over the limit or worst:
its stolen I will delete the order, without informing you of this
problem.
If you have a paid-up visa and the
charges still do not appear, ... give me a call, but.... note: I
will delay an order if I suspect the credit card is stolen. 99% of
stolen credit cards are reported stolen within 72 hours. In the last
4 years of business I had to return only a single stolen credit card
payment. So if I am delaying your visa charges to make sure you are
not getting ripped off, have patience.
What if the seeds are crashed or its
not what I wanted or .... (whatever)
1. you can always get your money back,
whatever problem there is, it is not worth fifty bucks
2. I would prefer that you return the
damaged order for proof of purchase, however thus far I had few
problems with my current policy of just replacing the order based on
your honesty. So if the order is crushed or damaged or ... there is
a mistake. I will send you a replacement free of charge.
NOTE:
We will not ship to the USA. US Customers are still allowed to purchase
seeds in person.
