Medicinal Marihuana Access Regulations (MMAR) are currently the law in Canada in regard to Possession and Cultivation of Medicinal Cannabis in Canada. Happy Girl provides personal help, information and services to MMAR license holders, Section 56 Exemptees and members of the following Compassionate Clubs in the area of Toronto:
Cannabis As Living Medicine (CALM), Hemp Users Medical Access Network (HUMAN) and Toronto Compassionate Centre (TCC).
