Happy
Girl Hydroponics will be closing doors on September 01 2005 and we
will be relocating into another location on November 01 2005. This is
due to my
legal case which is due to be heard
on October 03. 2005, I welcome all supporters to be at the trial where
we will ask the court to follow the Hitzig ruling in Ontario which
allowed multiple growers to band together to grow and supply cannabis
to medical cannabis users in Toronto area. If the trial is successful
Happy Girl will be reborn as a supply shop with cannabis information,
cultivation and equipment for medical cannabis users only.

Hi Happy Girl & Friends,
I'm calling in support for The Lotus ~ an organic and hemp culture shop in Newmarket who was recently raided by police and had their smoking tools and accessories seized with charges laid for their alleged violation of
criminal code section 462.22.
Please refer to
www.geocities.com/thelotusandfriends for info. regarding the raid as well as the store of The Lotus that has been established on Main St. in Newmarket
since 2001 and a shop in town to purchase organic and environmental
products and a place to receive information regarding consumerisms
impact on our environment. What this situation comes down to is the
fact that us hemp culture creatures need to support our own kind in
the face of injustice.
I have written a letter to
an "in government" representative as directed by The Lotus via their
webpage. I am encouraging Happy Girl users to do the same. Any other
comments would be appreciated.

the United States stemming from Monday's court decision. Anderson said

Zealand about cannabis being alleged to cause psychosis. To me
this seems just like any other reefer madness. The dark forces out
there are trying to prove cannabis to be as dangerous as snorting
crack, just like it was supposed to destroy my brain cells, slow down
my growth, make me a heroine junky or kill people ...... all proven
bullshit randomly created by bogus research "experts" to confuse the
masses. Watch out for this crap to cross the Atlantic soon enough.

to its provincial workers to watch out for Grow-Ops. Our 'wonderful"
government is actually sending teams of "speakers" to work places
asking workers to spy on their neighbors.
Most provincial workers think this its bullshit
since they essentially are being asked to play police....

The Infrared
Problems in Ontario |
News: Cops will scan for Infrared Heat Signatures produced by the
Growing Process.
Response:
The infrared camera can not really see the Heat Signature from
a Hydro Light that is in the basement. If its on the top floor, cover
all walls including the ceiling with Insulated
Mylar which may be expensive but it hides the light signature
nicely.
This is not the problem. What the cops are
looking for is the exhaust fumes coming out of the house or windows.
From the infrared point of view, the heat generated by a grow house is
generally exhausted away from the house in a straight line. This looks
like a 20 or 30 ft. high heat exhausting chimney. If you have a single
1000W or less, the fumes coming from your place are too small and will
generally be taken as Dryer exhaust .... no worry there and I would do
nothing ... If you have a exhaust cleaning more then 2000W you may
have a problem. The FAN necessary to exhaust the heat is very powerful
and on infrared sensors the heat signature looks very long and hot.
Here is some solutions. 1. You can take your exhaust through the
toilet vent. i.e. remove the toilet and exhaust the heat into the
sewer system. This only applies to a house and not a condo or
apartment and preferably a basement. 2. You can always use a carbon
filter to clean the air and exhaust your hot but clean air into the
upper portions of the house or into another room in case of a condo.
This will nicely keep the house/apartment heated without the need to
turn on the heaters. This works in the winter only. |

over the counter (friend went in put $40 on the counter a was provided
with decent quality green :-). They are however NOT doing this because
they want legal w eed (at least not as a primary goal) but ...well....
for profit. Do NOT tell them Happy Girl sent you and before you put
$40 on the counter buy some water so it looks like you are buying
something other than w eed.

This is the latest yet to be confirmed news.
There is a place (a bar? or a lounge) in Downtown Toronto that sells
Cannabis over the counter. I know people who went in and did this but
I have not gone myself. The place is called the xxxxxxxxxxxx
and is located
on xxxxxxxxx between xxxxxxxx and xxxxx This would be the 2nd place
in Canada after Vancouver. Am I Dreaming....please someone confirm
this to be true :-) send me email
